Below are the Minutes from our 2026 Annual Meeting held on May 30th. We thank all who participated in our discussion on how to improve our subdivision and make it better for all of our residents. Also below is our Income Statement for the year ending May 30, 2026.  Due to the generous donations of many of your neighbors and very good management of our POA finances, we were able to pay for a new seawall at our POA park without an assessment of our property owners. We should be very proud of this tremendous accomplishment. 

Current By-Laws and Restrictions for Southwood Shores

A reminder from the Deed Restriction Review Committee:

All building projects in Southwood Shores including new houses, additions, garages, storage buildings, sheds, carports, or any other projects that adds taxable square footage to your property, must be approved by the Deed Restriction Review Committee and must have a permit from the City of Payne Springs. There are many other projects that you must obtain a permit from the City of Payne Springs. These include Roofing, Fences, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Concrete work, Signage, Pool addition, or Sprinkler install. Also, all contractors that perform work in Southwood Shores must be registered with the City of Payne Springs. See below for forms and more information.
