Our 3rd Board of Directors Meeting of the Southwood Shores Property Owners Association for this year was held on Saturday, March 15th at 10:00 AM in the Community Room at the Payne Springs Fire Station. Current By-Laws and Restrictions for Southwood Shores

A reminder from the Deed Restriction Review Committee:

All building projects in Southwood Shores including new houses, additions, garages, storage buildings, sheds, carports, or any other projects that adds taxable square footage to your property, must be approved by the Deed Restriction Review Committee and must have a permit from the City of Payne Springs. There are many other projects that you must obtain a permit from the City of Payne Springs. These include Roofing, Fences, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Concrete work, Signage, Pool addition, or Sprinkler install. Also, all contractors that perform work in Southwood Shores must be registered with the City of Payne Springs. See below for forms and more information.
