Below is the agenda for our 3rd Board Meeting to be held on Saturday, March 14th at 10:00AM. Included also is a Completion Timeline for the election of Board Members and the mailing of ballots to our property owners. You will also see that we are planning our annual meeting for May 30th. Location is still pending. 

Also below is the Board Nomination Form for the 2026 – 2027 fiscal year. If you are interested in serving on the Board or if you would like to nominate someone else (after you check with them and they are interested), please fill out the attached. You must either email the form or mail it by the March 20th deadline.

Reminder: If you have any old keys for the park, please bring them to the board meeting. 

Current By-Laws and Restrictions for Southwood Shores

A reminder from the Deed Restriction Review Committee:

All building projects in Southwood Shores including new houses, additions, garages, storage buildings, sheds, carports, or any other projects that adds taxable square footage to your property, must be approved by the Deed Restriction Review Committee and must have a permit from the City of Payne Springs. There are many other projects that you must obtain a permit from the City of Payne Springs. These include Roofing, Fences, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Concrete work, Signage, Pool addition, or Sprinkler install. Also, all contractors that perform work in Southwood Shores must be registered with the City of Payne Springs. See below for forms and more information.
